How does that work?

I am the secretary of the Tub-Thumpers Club and the club is contacting you to tell you about a Mr and Mrs Jones who might be interested in buying your apartment," and if Mrs and Mrs Jones do go on to buy, then the Tub-Thumpers Club will have the €5,000 to spend whatever way they like!

(Mr and Mrs Jones don't even have to be members of the club as far as we are concerned. We couldn't care less.)
