About the present owners ...

John has owned <66> since 1998, and he and his wife have lived full-time in Costa Natura since they married in January 2005. In that time she has re-styled the apartment, transforming it from the rough-and-ready bachelor-pad holiday let she had moved into, into the spacious, elegant home it is now.

If it's that good, why are you selling? Three-years-on into our marriage, and still wanting to live in Estepona with the many friends we now have in the Town, it's time to move up to a 'regular home' like almost everyone else has 'somewhere' — a 'regular home' where all our families and friends can come to visit for a sunshine holiday — or long-stay in the gentle climate to recuperate after an illness or 'heavy' operation.
